About GYM360
GYM360 is gym and studio management software made by Techyz Software Solutions. Owners use it to run memberships, payments, classes and the front desk. On the Elite plan, their members also get an app designed for that facility.
Our experience
Techyz Software Solutions Private Limited was founded in Kerala, India in 2023 by three engineers: two with more than a decade each in software engineering and product delivery, and one who spent eight years running construction projects in Bahrain.
GYM360 started when fitness owners kept asking us for the same two things: software that runs the business, and a member app that looks like their own. Today 300+ facilities run their day on it.

On the Elite plan we design the app with the facility, in its own look. From brief to live takes 2 to 4 weeks.

Every Elite app starts from the facility's own brief, colours and classes, and goes live in 2 to 4 weeks.
On Lite and Pro, owners register, add their plans and members, and start the same day without waiting on us.
Reminders, expiring-membership lists and lead follow-ups run on their own, so the team spends less time on admin.

The people behind GYM360
Co-founder & CEO
As Chief Executive Officer, Rahul sets GYM360's strategy and product direction, leads growth and partnerships, and owns the brand. He decides what GYM360 builds next and keeps the company focused on owners and their members.
Before GYM360: An aeronautical engineer by training, Rahul spent eight years in Bahrain as a project engineer and then project manager on façade and glazing projects. In 2021 he moved back to India to build a business of his own.

As Chief Technology Officer, Tom owns GYM360's technology: platform architecture, engineering, security and data, and the build of every facility's app. He leads the engineering team and decides how the product is built so it stays dependable as facilities grow.
Before GYM360: Fifteen years in software. Tom spent ten years as a software architect at Innovatise, working on software for the fitness and leisure industry, after senior engineering roles at Flip Media and XMinds.

Before GYM360: More than 14 years in product, delivery and hands-on engineering across Flutter, Android and AWS. Vishnu has led teams from concept to release, including as a delivery manager.
